CoachWorks Farm provides a healthy environment for your organizational and personal growth. Our work, just like a good farmer, is to cultivate your growth and learning. The work you do here will reflect that uniqueness, and will bring to light the unique strengths of the individuals within your group. Our largest meeting room accommodates sixteen people. By keeping our meetings purposely small, each person’s perspective and input can be appreciated. People learn and respond differently. Your experience is structured to create a variety of learning experiences and settings so that each person can gain mastery and make valuable contributions. We support your work on behalf of the body, mind and spirit of your organization, while supporting your personal path to growth and renewal. When you are learning new things and charting new directions, you need time; time to reflect on discussions, decisions, and new directions, time for assimilation, and time to just "give it a rest" for awhile. At CoachWorks Farm, you will have the time for reflection and the supportive environment in which to do the necessary "processing." We believe that organizations flourish and grow when the people within the organization are encouraged to continue learning and developing and when personal goals and organizational goals are in alignment.
